Pray

From the beginning of this journey, Tamika has talked about the peace that God has given her. Even as she faced the news from doctors that she had breast cancer, this peace that could not be explained was visible to all around her. Please continue to pray for Tamika & the Steffenauer Family. Here are a few specifics that you can pray for:

  • Complete healing from cancer
  • No side effects from the chemotherapy drugs
  • Unity in the family and peace for the kids
  • Wisdom in every decision for the family, doctors and everyone else involved.

Tamika, I know you don't know me but I am Jeremy's sister in law (Candace's sis) Jeremy has been a brother to me and I love him dearly and when I heard the news of your cancer my heart hurt for you. I just want you to know I have been following your posts and I am praying for you and your family. I wish you the best and a speedy recovery.

I know how you must feel; I had uterine cancer in the spring of 2012; I went thru 6 chemo treatments and 5 radiation,.. I remember feeling really Ok the first day after each treatment and then for about 3 or 4 days after that like yuk. I finished treatments about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving that year. So blessed that God decided He was not finished with me yet; I have been able to see our 3 grandkids graduate from Paso High and my hair all grew back and I actually have strength to get up and go Hang in there and may the Lord keep you safe in His care
