Last Chemo Treatment, Still A Journey Ahead

It’s a strange day, today being my last of my chemo treatments. You would think that I would be more excited…but this journey isn’t really over, this is just the end of the first stage. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy to be done with this 🙂  In a couple hours I’ll have finished 6 rounds of chemotherapy. To say that chemo sucks is a bit of an understatement, and I am glad to be done with it. I never want to do this again.

Thoughts on Chemo Round 4

Tomorrow I will be going to my fifth Chemo treatment and this time I am ready to go. This last one I had I didn’t look forward to it and now here we are. The last two treatments were night and day difference. I had two “good” weeks with the third, this time I was just ill up until four days ago. I just wanted to throw up all the time and this stupid lump in my throat just won’t go away. Read More


Yes…I’m Still Here :)

Well, its been two weeks since my last Chemotherapy treatment. If you thought I dropped off the face of the earth…well, me too 🙂 These last two weeks have not been the best weeks of this journey. I thought I might be able to sum it up in a single post, but I can’t.
